Sunset Sundays at Gallow Green
We are pleased to announce the return of a true Autumnal delight: Sunset Sundays at Gallow Green with Michael Arenella, on the rooftop of the McKittrick Hotel.
Tickets are quite limited and sell quickly; we hope you may join us!
Watch the Autumn sun set over Manhattan Sunday afternoon, September 21st from the open rooftop garden of GALLOW GREEN.
In tradition of Jazz Age London’s fabulous Tea Dances, THE DREAMLAND ORCHESTRA features a special 1930s songbook for your listening, sipping and dining pleasure.
We ask you please to dress in your Sunday best.
GALLOW GREEN, the roof top of THE MCKITTRICK HOTEL and home of SLEEP NO MORE, is the recently unveiled garden serving splendid libations and scrumptious delights. GALLOW GREEN has inspired a series of recipes incorporating traditional British Fare. Items on the menu include: scotch quail eggs, potted peekytoe crab, and pulled brisket toast. Beverages available include the British lawn party staple Pimms, but with a twist in their Pimms Other Cup. Signature Punches are also served in delightful copper bowls.

A Lindy Memory…

If you haven’t seen this video before, please check it out.  This blog is followed around the world, so please share within your local lindy scene.  This post is in tribute to a dear friend who conceived and co-choreographed/directed this flash mob and introduced me to the Lindy Hop.  If you can, please click through and watch it on YouTube, I’d like to see the view counter rise.  Thanks.
